What is The MAP Method™?

The MAP Method™ is developed by Collette and Valentin Streicher, based on Process Healing, the work of psychologist Dr Garry Flint. The MAP Method™ is a modality that helps to clear subconscious blocks that are holding you back from living a fulfilling life. This is done by training the brain to find and neutralise traumas, distressing memories, negative beliefs and emotions, and unconscious sabotaging patterns. You don’t have to know, remember, or understand why you have a block. You can simply release your inner blocks in a gentle, fast and effective manner.

The MAP Method™ leverages a little known, revolutionary discovery in neuroscience called the Window of Re-consolidation. This allows the brain to neutralise negative memories quickly. During a MAP session, the brain is engaged in a way that enables the reconsolidation of memories, during which the client stays mindful of the transformation happening to them in real time. This includes observing changes in emotions, thoughts, body sensations, and memories. The client becomes aware and makes important connections which enable a release of negative trauma symptoms both in the body and mind.

Using the MAP Method™, we communicate with the part of our mind that is beyond the conscious mind. It is often called the Authentic Self, which is the observer and has not been injured or conditioned. It is whole, complete, unconditional and present - it is our innate intelligence.
